A word from our chef
My name is Shannon Mason, and I'm the chef and owner of AbbyRose Culinary Services. I started this venture in 2018, and I'm excited to announce its re-launch in 2022.
The name "AbbyRose" is a tribute to my beautiful daughter, who has nonverbal autism. I created AbbyRose Culinary Services in part to show her that if you put your mind, heart and determination into something - regardless of your limits or fears - you can achieve your goals.
AbbyRose Culinary Services is also a passion project. I've been cooking since I was a child, preferring to spend time in the kitchen with my grandmother. In December 2014, I graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in culinary management.
I've lived all over the U.S., but I was born in the Cowboy State. In fact, I moved back to Casper, WY in May 2018 after my daughter was born. I've been preparing tempting desserts from my home kitchen ever since.
